Chronicles of a Tea Girl

We have six hours to go!! Here’s a picture I took earlier of the other can of AriZona from Secret Santa with the bag of snacks we have sitting by my feet. Yum yum yum (:

Instead of grabbing some fast food, we stopped at I-Hop for lunch. Of course, I ordered sweet tea. My mom told me that all this sweet tea is getting unhealthy cause of all of the sugar. She’s probably right!! Next time, I’ll order plain old iced tea. :)

Yet another day spent shopping. The picture of this tea isn’t very great, cause it’s sort of difficult to take a nice picture while eating a spicy chicken wrap! Tomorrow we’ll be on a day long road trip through five or six states, so I’m not sure if I can get a picture up. Anyway, I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday break!

Unlike the past few days, I spent today doing absolutely nothing. I had to go and take a study group picture, but after that, I spent my day napping and watching TV! I also finally decided to start drinking my Secret Santa tea. I’ve never had this Peace Tea before, and it actually had a surprising taste! There’s a bit of… tang. Tastes like an F#… ;)
Well, here it is, sitting in the little shelf on my desk. :)

I really enjoy a simple cup of black tea with some honey mixed in, but my favorite Arizona is probably the Green Tea one. I tried it for the first time about a week ago! :D

Spent the day out and about with my mom and sister to run some errands and buy our cousins some last minute Christmas gifts. I love the Granny-isms on the Sweet Leaf Tea bottle caps :)

Today was dark and gloomy and it rained for a couple hours. I tried taking a picture, but it didn’t come out looking great… Anyway, we took this day to clean up the entire house. A nice cup of tea was necessary after all the hard work. That’s a mug I painted a few years ago with some friends! I still love that mug, even though it’s starting to get a little old.

You know what I love about breaks from school? Being able to sleep in as late as I want and having a nice cup of tea with my breakfast. On normal days, I only get enough time to make tea for my traveler mug for school, but on days like these, it’s nice to sit down and enjoy a hot cup.
